The Nominating Committee is soliciting interest for prospective candidates for Active Members interested in filling a position on the Board of Directors (BOD). Any active member may send an email to the Nominating Committee at [email protected]. The email should identify the position you are interested in filling and a short statement of your qualifications for the position.

In addition to your qualifications your responses should also address if/how you have engaged in supporting club activities over the past year(s) and what initiatives/proposals you would like to lead if elected.

Active and Associate members are encouraged to recommend any Active Member who they feel would best represent the Club and is willing to serve on the BOD. Responses must be received by the Nominating Committee no later than Friday, November 27, 2020. You may use the Recommendation form on the Club’s web site here.

The Nominating Committee will evaluate responses and reach out to qualified, prospective candidates no later than Wednesday, December 2, 2020. There will be an opportunity for qualified candidates to interview with the Nominating Committee members, in person, on Saturday, December 5, 2020.

The Nominating Committee will report and recommend candidates for positions of directors at the January 2019 meeting of the Board.
