Principles of Concealed Carry Course

A Principles of Concealed Carry Course is being offered on Saturday, July 9th at the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club, 7039 Signal Hill Rd, Manassas, VA 20111.

This class meets the training requirements for a Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit application. The class will run from 0900 AM to approx 1PM in the Clubhouse. There is no live fire component to this course. The registration fee is $100, ($150 for non-members) payable at class time.

This class will give you an overview of the application process, guidance on handgun and ammo selection, a discussion of carry options, and an important new section on tactical situation awareness.

In addition, Stephen Sulzer, a nationally recognized 2A Attorney, will provide insight into the legal aspects of holding a concealed carry permit. The legal side of a CHP permit have changed. Even if you have an existing CHP, the situational and legal sections will provide a current and important update.
