Concealed Carry Class

A Principles of Concealed Carry Course is being offered on Sunday, August 25th 2024 at the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club, 7039 Signal Hill Rd, Manassas, VA 20111.

This class meets the administrative training requirement for a Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit application.

The class will run from 1200 PM to approx 3PM.

The registration fee is $100, ($150 for non-members) payable at class.

The Agenda for the class includes :

  • Introduction
  • The Virginia Code authorizing Concealed Carry
  • A Legal overview
  • Important new section on tactical situation awareness
  • Post shooting interaction with the Police
  • Guidance on handgun and ammo selection
  • A discussion of carry options
  • Overview of the application process
